Village Garden

An empty garden was transformed for plant loving new owners. A long rectangular plot has been divided into three distinct parts which creates a sense of mystery and incentive to explore. Trellising has been covered with an abundance of favourite roses and height and atmosphere created with tree planting. Floral colour shines from spring through to late autumn with ornamental grasses adding a contemporary element and structure throughout winter. A bare gravel area in front used only for parking has now been interspersed with dry loving, Mediterranean plants turning a still practical space back into a garden.
