A C13th farmhouse sat in an empty field . The entrance drive has been reconfigured with a welcoming front garden and delineated entrance way separating the parking area. A restored natural pond and orchard enhance the rural frontage. The southern aspect features the main flower garden and relaxing spaces. Additionally there is a kitchen garden and seating area under a pergola. A large oval lawn allows family recreation which is embraced by low hedging and long grass, overlooked by a vernacular oak pavilion. Dining, seating and an outdoor kitchen will overlook the main lawn and countryside views beyond.
