Large Essex Country Garden

An historic country house once enjoyed a grand setting which had become an untamed jungle providing the opportunity to create a new garden from scratch. Emulating the grandeur of the house a large 35 metre long planting border overflowing with soft coloured perennials and grasses sparkle from May to November. Further planting wraps around the house. A contemporary accent has been added with striking, large grass beds and clipped topiary columns. A huge, cloud pruned box hedge and topiary mounds have been developed to add an organic, softer element and numerous trees planted to provide autumn colour.
